Hey ya'll, recently attended a gun show and received the packets for Arizona and Florida to send off to get my permits from those respective states. My question is the fingerprints: the instructor stated it's better to do a LiveScan set of prints instead of ink to send in with the packet but how exactly does this work if the states require you to do them with law enforcement? Florida specifically lists their sheriffs for submittal of digital fingerprints but would they accept anything from any other law enforcement agency or even the local post office?
