In states where castle doctrine applies to vehicles, at what point is it legal to draw without it being brandishing?

For instance1) if a guy is at my window screaming and threatening me could I draw?2) could I roll down my window so I don't shatter it with a shot? This is a no to me but it's a situation I've been told is both not ok and ok, especially if they're trying to break the window themselves.3) if my window is rolled down can I draw and shoot if they reach in?Assume in all these the car is boxed in, because obviously the first thing I'd do is drive away if I was able to. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/1QQArrG
