This'll probably be my last question for awhile, fortunately! So, I'm looking to start open carrying in the fall and I'm trying to acquire all of my gear ahead of time, and first up is the belt. Hank's recommends an extra 4 inches for OWB and 6 for IWB, but both those numbers seem excessive for what I can see goes inbetween you and the belt. If it matters, I was looking at the Safariland Model 6378-83-411 paddle holster. I'd like to order the belt and be good after that, as returns are one of my least favorite things to do.
