Personal safety tips as a disabled person?

I see a lot of posts about how to defend yourself but are there any safety tips on how to defend yourself as a disabled person?

It's hard to always have someone with you so what do you do if you're in a wheelchair or using a rollator and unable to stand/walk properly? How do you keep yourself safe then and defend yourself, should anything happen?
