As the title stated im going to be moving in the next month. I'm just a little confused about a few things.From what I read, I can buy a pistol and open carry/have it in my car/house with no permit? Or do I have to be a resident for purchase? I couldn't find an answer online if I had to be a resident or not.I understand with the CC permit I have to be a resident unless I apply for a non resident CC.
