So, recently I ran into a situation where a gas station her in Texas had a 30.06 sign barring entry with a ccw but no 30.07. Meaning legally I could have walked in with an open carry weapon. In my experience, a business will either have no sign, allowing you to carry how you want; both signs, barring you from carrying; or only the 30.07 sign, barring you from open carry. I have never run into a place that wanted you to open carry and not conceal carry. I opted to leave my firearm in the car to avoid trouble assuming they never updated their signs.
