Hi, 22-year-old Mainer here looking to get a nonresident CCL for wider reciprocity. Never had one because concealed and open carry require no permit in Maine, but would like to extend my ability to carry to the full extent of my civilian ability. Advice on finding a class/applying? I heard Arizona has the most widely accepted CCL in terms of numbers. Those who've gotten out of state licenses, how was the process? Were you able to find classes within specific timeframes?
