Big Hands, Slim Frame

I am looking for recommendations on a new CCW, I currently carry a S&W 642 Airweight. I have relatively large hands (642 is a little small for me) but am 6'4" with a slightly slender build, meaning I tend to print with anything but AIWB. I have looked into a Glock 43, 26, CZ P07, M&P Shield, smaller Sigs, etc. I am looking to change to a CCW with higher capacity, where I can also carry an extra mag to move from 5 rds plus a speed strip, to 6 or more plus another mag.
