Any tips on carrying while having a shirt tucked in?

I am new to CCW and need some tips on carrying while having my shirt tucked in. I just got my Vedder holster in the mail today for my G43. I tried it on with my normal work clothes and then tucked the shirt in. The black holster clip on the belt was the first thing I noticed. I figured I need to go ahead and order a black gun belt (any suggestions on belts are appreciated). Other than that it is pretty hard to tell I am carrying unless I squat or bend over.
