New CCW and first firearm

So i just did my CCW class and have to go pay the Dept of Agri and then wait. I purchased a H&K VP9 as my first gun don't know many people who can give advice, any thoughts? Any tips would be appreciated. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2oMAZef
