Title pretty much says it. I was detained on an intoxication/under the influence related (Not DUI or possession or anything like that) misdemeanor charge from late 2008, BUT the Case ended up being dismissed. It’s been nearly 10 years since. Besides that my record a squeaky clean. My arrest record is not publicly available but I’m sure law enforcement agencies can still see it, so...Will this get in the way of me obtaining my CCW?Ventura county is a “shall issue” county in California.
