WI resident applying for MN CCW. I have to visit a sheriff, but which one do I visit?

I'm a WI resident that took MN concealed carry class because of the reciprocity and I'm confused. I know I can apply at almost any office but I have heard they have different prices, wait times, etc. Any sheriff in particular I Should go to?
