For those curious. Non-res applying from the East coast.Sent my package in October 31, debit card was charged November 9 and the permit was in my mailbox December 2. Considering there was a holiday in there where I imagine between days off and slower productivity they lost 2-3 days, I got it in about 3.5 weeks. Really good! via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2BA0l3t
