Not sure if this is the perfect sub for this, but it's the only related place I browse so I'm gonna give it a shot.I picked up a HPG Kit Bag for hunting purposes but I've been using it more and more outside of that since it's so awesome. I use a cheap little Condor holster to keep my gun elevated since I don't like the way it feels when the firearm just slumps down to the bottom of the pack, that looks like this. My issue: that TLR makes it impossible to get a clean draw. The idea is that you clear that shock cord like this and strip the gun, EZPZ. However, since that light gets in the way I have to use my thumb to pop off the velcro completely like this in order to draw the gun. When I was using this pack for the express purpose of woods walking it wasn't such a big deal since it doesn't take that long, but now that I find myself wearing this thing all the time I want something that gets me back to that quicker draw. I have a few things in mind, but I just wanted to make sure I gave everything available to me a look, which is why I'm here looking for suggestions, sometimes you guys toss something out there I hadn't considered before. Whatever it is, it has to have a full panel of hook velcro on the back, the HPG has a two inch strip of loop that runs vertical inside the gun compartment. Thanks in advance for any suggestions! via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2juxhaC
