Question: I am taking a trip and want to carry the whole way. Pa to SC

I have my Pa ccw permit and I plan on driving to Hilton Head South Carolina in the summer. I would like to carry the whole way.My question is: what is the easiest/cheapest state can I get a ccw permit in that has reciprocity with South Carolina.
