What kind of "drug charges" prohibit being licensed? I think I had a paraphenelia charge for a weed pipe 20 some odd years ago, and I was charged with someone elses bag in another state over 10 years ago, but it was reduced to "conspiracy to possess" as part of a plea bargain.
