I happened upon this article and thought it might be interesting.http://ift.tt/2Aq3aE8 (The article is about a defensive situation and training by firing my Aiming or Firing by pointing). It's something as a new shooter I haven't really thought about the way the link explains it. I found the link by trying to figure out why I consistently shoot left with my Glock 19 gen4.I am on a quest to fix ME, and being more accurate with my G19. I am having some issues with shooting my G19. My hands are smaller than average. I can shoot guns with a smaller grip more accurate like the G43, but I love the double stack capability of the G19 or others in the double stack category. I consistently shoot slightly left of center with the Glock 19 gen4 and have been trying to figure out a way around the problem. I think the fat grip is causing me to not be able to reach the trigger effectively, so I might be pushing the pistol left with the tip of my right index finger. I don't do it with my G43. I want to be dead nuts accurate with the G19. I practice regularly, and I need a solution. Every time I go to the range, I am shooting different guns in addition to my G19. Trying to see if different guns are a better fit. Trainers that I have used, have told me.. "you are close enough to center to 'stop' your attacker", so don't worry so much about it". Sorry, I don't want to be within 8 inches. I want to be within inches at the most. How can I better my Glock19Gen4 to be a better fit ? A flat faced trigger or sell it and just get something like a Walther on FN with a better ergonomic fit for my hand. I want to be accurate. I have polished my trigger internals and It IS smooth, but that's all I have done with it. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2BojM2R
