There are a lot of bad people here where I live. They either want a confrontation to show they are superior or just to take your stuff. I am pretty tall and a strong guy, but here is the conundrum. I don't know what to do if they approach me. I don't really have the money to spare nor am I willing to give up my sentimental things. I could maybe beat them up, but they won't go away. I will be still living in the same place. They could just find me with more people or just with weapons. The police doesn't really bother with such simple trifles. Only if they are on the seen or someone is badly hurt. But even then you'd need to know the names of the people that attacked you. I'd gladly get a gun just to scare them away, but it's nearly impossible in my country. And even if you did you would have to pay a lot of money every month to still have the licence. So I can't fight them the only thing is to run right? But how safe is running actually? Is it a big gamble if they can catch up to me. I mean my back would be exposed. What should I do? btw carrying around paper spray or a knife is punishable by law.
