http://ift.tt/2kEfvhp not from Arkansas but I just saw the above article about Arkansas legislators considering an enhanced CCW permit. It sounds like an individual who wants to obtain the new permit would have to take some additional training. Once obtained, the permit would allow for the individual to carry on university campuses, some public buildings, and bars where it is currently illegal.What are your thoughts on this? Part of me agrees with the idea but I also feel like they should go ahead and allow regular permit holders to carry where they want without any sort of “enhanced” permit. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2k5rzJd
