I've been keeping tabs at congress.gov and it seems like it hasn't come out of the subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations. Been in there for over 3 months now. I wonder what kind of snags are going on. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2nr4HYo
