Today I completed my 8 hour CCW class. I understand laws are different everywhere, but most people have to sit in a class with a certified instructor.My guy was supremely interesting. Spent 30 years in the Australian infantry most of which was as a marksmanship instructor and later moved to the US and became a security guard / armored truck / CCW / various gun instructor.This guy had serious skills. He wasn't showing off but using the plastic practice glock to show different techniques his draw was lightning from every angle and hand and position one could master, his grouping on target before we came was the size of a quarter from 21 feet.He was a little bit of a dick, and quick to jump down a person's throat if they weren't paying attention or with the program and I didn't mind; the stuff we were dealing with was serious business in classroom.What about you?
