Do any of you carry with a shoulder rig, or means other than on your belt?

In the near future I will be buying a 1911, and I've given some thought to carrying it on occasion. I would probably end up carrying iwb, but for such a large gun I'd consider other options, possibly a shoulder holster. Do any of you regularly carry with a shoulder holster, or in any way other than on a belt? What would be the pros and cons of carrying this way? Thanks via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2b9ZCJk
