I will be getting permits back for 3 states shortly. OR, UT and AZ. I have heard rumors of CCW permit being a replacement for NICS background check. I have not been able to nail down if it is true or not so I am coming here.In Oregon am I exempt from the check with any of the permits. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2b9w4wJ
