Calling all Californian gun guys (we are dwindling!). I am a 19yo kid living in Sac county and recently have been involved in a scary situation with an Ex-girlfriend's father whom i am looking to get a restraining order on but that doesn't help me when I dont feel safe anywhere! I am posing the question wondering if there are any extraneous circumstances such as viable death threats and a restraining order taken out on someone that would allow me to get a CCW at age 19 when the law is 21+.
