What would do when pulled over while CCWing? And Minnesota event analyze?

I don't know how many of you have seen and disected the video of a black man in Minnesota who was pulled over for a break light and allegedly based on the account of his girlfriend and her video (see http://youtu.be/Z7h2j0n18jg) was shot 4 times after notifying the police officer he was legally carrying. .I am curious what others think about the video? This is really scary as a CCWer. It sounded like he did everything by the book. It was a good thing that someone recorded. I don't understand why the gun was continually pointed at him with no first aid or cpr why he bleed to dealth and based on voice of the cop you can tell he was scared and he gucked up.Even before this, I have always wondered if I were ever pulled over while carrying what is the gain from proactively notifying? Knowing they would not have cause or my permission to search me or my car, why not just forget to mention and take my ticket and carry one? I am curious of how other CCWers out there think about the duty to self incriminate ourselves when pulled over.If you do proactively notify an officer when getting pulled over while ccw what is your step by step drill? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/29BQMoR
