Gun belt weights?

So I'm looking for a gun belt but I am confused with the different weights. I'm going to be carrying an HK P30SK. I'm currently looking at Bigfoot belts with the steel insert. Do I need 14oz or 18oz or what? Thanks via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/29rlosF
