PA CCW while on Delaware River boat/kayak, when does it become an issue?

So, PA borders NY who as we all doesn't honor any other states carry permits. The border between NY and PA is at times right in the middle of the river, and at other points is on one shore or the other.If I launch my kayak in PA to fish or paddle down river, with my legally possessed handgun, at what point of crossing the river do I become a felon in NY? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3zbv3yq
