Green dot guys, tell me why I should join?

So finally gonna make the jump to red on my carry. I’ve shot red on my larger pistols and rifle. But now I want it on my edc. I was gonna get the red cause it’s usually cheaper but I found a 407k for the same price in red and green. I keep hearing good things about green. Are they true? What are the pros and cons?
