I am a permanent resident of Texas, I am currently active duty Coast Guard stationed in Louisiana, because of my current geographical location I have to send in a copy of my range score card in order to complete the process as I cannot do the range portion due to being in Louisiana. My question is will they accept my scorecard which shows I qualified if it also includes the names of others that qualified as well on the same day? Can I just cover up their names with a piece of paper when I scan the document onto my computer or will they be fine with me highlighting my name? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2OxS0Fg
