House bill 228 goes into affect tomorrow, here is an article summing up the changes, the biggest being the burden shift from the person using their gun in a defensive shooting proving to the state that they are innocent to the state having to prove they broke the law, as it should be.Also constitutional carry has just been introduced and the bill received a number, it will be known as House File 174.
