I want to make the rubber Hogue mono-grip on my Ruger LCR thinner and remove the finger grooves. I am out of state for a while and don’t have access to a lot of tools, but I can swing by Harbor Freight for something cheap.What is the best low tech way to do this?Note: I already own the boot grip, and I know they make a bigger plain grip, but I’d like to try a cheap quick fix.
