Hey guys,I came across this stupid ass "prank" on Facebook where a guy goes around Central Park in NYC and squirts people who are smoking with water. Apparently, it's illegal to smoke in NYC Parks and this guy takes it upon himself to delve out some vigilante justice (although I'm 99% certain this shit is fake).Here is the video:http://ift.tt/2zeIOy7, setting aside NYC's ridiculously non-CCW friendly laws, what are your thoughts on this?
