Does loading and unloading defense rounds damage them over time?

I know that chambering a bullet repeatedly can cause set back, but what about just loading and unloading a magazine? I don't mind buying new HST's for my pistol every so often, but defense rounds in 5.56 are pretty expensive. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2hnmKNl
