Carrying on Army Engineering land?

Can anyone advise on the consequences of carrying a weapon on Army Engineering land? I know it is being contested but what would happen in the meantime? Is it a federal offense? Who would be enforcing on this land? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2AvgUhC
