Help - Failure to change address within 30 days - Colorado

So I moved to a new house, new county, and haven't notified the issuing county of my move. The co.gov website states it is a class 1 petty offense for not notifying within 30 days. How much shit am I in? Also, the change of address form needs a notary signature and asks how long I've been at my new address, so they are certainly going to know it's been more than 30days.tl/dr: over 30 days on notification of new address for ccw = class 1 petty offense.
