Missourian here, wondering about CC laws here. As of Jan 1, new laws will take effect where "gun owners will be able to carry a concealed weapon without a permit". I'm planning on carrying a pistol of mine gifted to me by my father. Do I have to take any extra measures when I carry. Do I have to worry about registering the weapon to me and carrying papers or is it as simple as it sounds.
