Hi all,
I would like your opinion on something. I am currently doing an instructor course to be able to teach self defense. We were told that we would be required to get sprayed with a real pepper spray in our eyes in order to "understand how it works and what it feels like".
I am not persuaded that this is a good idea nor very useful but would like to hear your views? Btw. We have already trained a lot with a practice pepper spray so this is not meant for the technique but more as a stress/pain test.
If that is useful info, the type they use is Sabre Red Crossfire MK-3 Gel
