I live in WV which is both a constitutional and permitless carry state. It's great until you travel, at which point you have no license for reciprocity to apply.The other problem is that because a license isn't required, I cannot find any resources which show when/where classes are (the state requires live fire for certification so the 'online courses' Google is absolutely overloaded with won't do it).Any other fellow mountaineers out there who can help?
