So kind of an interesting question. I’m a NY resident, I don’t have a NY pistol permit but I do have a FL CCW permit. I winter in Florida at a house where I am part owner. Seeing as I am not a FL resident could I potentially purchase a P80 kit and still be with in the legal limits of Florida? I’m not big on the idea of carrying a P80 but in the mean time until I change to Florida residency it’ll have to do. If it’s legal. Anyone here know if I’d still be on sides?
