Qualifying with a red dot?

Hi all,A relative and I are about to take a CCW course in Ohio and he's using this to qualify for his first permit. The issue is of the two pistols i have they both have red dots and can't actually be turned off.Are you allowed to qualify for a CCW permit with a red-dot equipped pistol? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3cS0zYy
