On sec 8 (fl) it asks if i have even been withheld adjudicated of a felony charge. My question is does a charge count as a felony if it is dropped to a misdemeanor then adj withheld? I dont know how to answer this. Is there anybody that i could speak to like a lawyer or attorney that could help me with this?
