So I’m seriously asking for a friend lol. I already have my CCW license.A friend of mine has a patient card for cannabis in PA. He wants to have a CCW but never applied because it was his understanding he couldn’t have both due to the background checks flagging his medical card.Google can be a little unhelpful and the legal Mumbo isn’t exactly all readable to me. My friend is trying to figure out, will he make an ass of himself trying to get either a CCW license or a Pistol because of the background check or not?It seems this was reversed but I really have no idea.Just FYI, from what I’m told from him, he doesn’t have any rap sheet, or anything thing else that would show on a background check.
