Hello all, I'm going be traveling to Ozark National Forest for New Years. Im from Louisiana and dont have a permit to carry and from what I read I dont need one to carry while in Arkansas. The law doesn't seem that cut and dry, I'm having trouble finding out some current stuff. I have been reading and found out without a permit I can't have a loaded handgun in the vehicle unless it's on my person.
