I am an old man, but new to carry and am thinking 4 or 5 o'clock will be most comfortable for me and the way I work. In my holster search I see that DARA has a SOB (small of back) Palm Out model. That makes a lot of sense to me for ease of getting a good grip and drawing from 5 oclock. Maybe it's my old bones, but turning palm in/thumb down is uncomfortable for me. I don't see any other palm out models other than the DARA. Is there a technical reason why almost all small-of-back holsters require you to twist your hand to draw? Or does no one carry at 5? Should I carry at 4? Are there other holsters like the DARA? Please educate me on pros and cons. Thanks. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/38I1TLj
