I am an every day carrier from out of state, living and working in the heart of Los Angeles for the summer. My wife and I are unfortunately beginning to feel a little unsafe in our neighborhood due to the number of homeless men around as well as the halfway house down the street.I am obviously super pissed we cannot be carrying while we’re here, but that is beside the point. I am looking for any specific recommendations on knives or other item that could make decent defensive weapons in a pinch.
