Illinois resident aplying for Florida CCW, do I need to submit fingerprints?

On the application page it says fingerprints are required but I haven't heard of this being necessary until now and if it is how do I go about submitting fingerprints since I am out of state? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2N8snxL
