I have been adjudicated of a felony as a minor (expunged) in another state. Does this disqualify me from obtaining a CPL in michigan?

Title says it all. Made some poor decisions as a teenager and was adjudicated with burglary of the third degree as a 15 year old. My record has since been expunged, i have purchased many guns and underwent background checks and there have been no problems, i can vote etc. I am just wondering if this would prevent me from obtaining a CPL via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2JTj82c
