Need a specific carry gun. Can anyone help?

I’ve been carrying an XD Mod 2 subcompact for about a year and a half and I’ve come to realize it’s way too heavy (32oz loaded) for my frame and body shape (r o u n d b o y e) and it just prints every which way. So here’s what I need:Semi auto (da/sa?), more than 10 rounds, 1” or less in thickness, around 4-4.25” in height, as light as possible, 9mm. Safety, double stack and barrel length are negotiable.Can we find something? I don’t necessarily like glocks but if that’s my only option I guess it’ll do.
