Due to some a stupid decision I made several years ago after a few drinks, I have a misdemeanor on my record.I no longer drink, am a responsible and law abiding citizen, a family man, and want to get my CHL.I meet all requirements, with the possible exception of one: No misdemeanors within the past 5 years.Does anybody know which date is used, to start the "clock"?Is it the date of arrest (which would make me eligible) or is it the date of disposition (2 years after the arrest) or is it the date the sentence (1 year probation) was completed? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2x7OtbF
