Is my PA ccw license still valid?

I have my DE resident ccw and my PA non-resident ccw. PA just changed some ccw laws that says it only honors resident licenses .I think it means that it only honors licenses of states that it has reciprocity with. My CCW app says I’m good. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2L8pMis
